He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Wallace Womac and Neal Ray Womac; and his stepmother Gail Nunley Womac. He is survived by: his wife Eleanore Womac; his sons, Austin Womac (Melia Womac) and Adrian Womac (Kristin Womac); his granddaughters, Savannah, Annie, Hallie and Josie Lou; his brother Jeffrey Womac (Cathy Womac); and his friend Lesia. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
