He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Gloria Harbin, Dorothy, Bobby Neil Cobb and Ludwina Jeffreys; and his close friend Joshua Beau Borden.
He is survived by: his wife Mari Harbin; his children, Beau Harbin of Riceville and Mena Harbin of Riceville; his parents, Jane (Vaughn Jeffreys) and Philip (Trisha Harbin); his parents-in-law, Takasi and Fumi Okutani of Wilmington, NC; his brother-in-law Ryuichi Okutani of Raleigh, NC; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Desiree Harbin Mt; his sister Beth; his brother-in-law Sean Bulow of Cleveland; his stepsiblings, Amber (Craig Breeden) of Englewood and Brandon (Brooke Hilyer) of Deatsville, AL; his nieces and nephews, Braiden Boudouin, Jase Boudouin, Archer Bulow, Larkin Bulow, Levi Breeden Parker Hilyer and Logan Hilyer; and his grandfather Frank Jeffreys.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303). A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303).
