She is survived by: her children, R. Blair Wentworth (Sheila) of Ohio and Misty D. Hyde (Timothy) of Athens; and her grandchildren, Holly Edmonds, Jessica Womac (Taylor), Shannon Garrett (Jacob) and Lindsey Nunley (Andrew) of Athens. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great, great grandchild.
Cacky was also active with the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life after becoming a breast cancer survivor.
