He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Millsaps and Lou Millsaps; and his sisters, Jeanette Rowland and Eva Hicks. He is survived by: his son Randell Millsaps (Samantha); his grandchildren, Kayla Calhoun (Jesse), Alex Forsyth and Rowdy Millsaps; and his siblings, Jerry Millsaps (Helen), Alvin Millsaps (Debbie), Ross Millsaps (Judith) and Debbie Elsie (Bronnie). He is also survived by nieces, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home of Athens (400 S White St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
