It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Willoughby of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt B. Milton and Bertha Bradford Milton; her husband James Thomas Willoughby; and her siblings, Alice M. Wolfenden and John B. Milton.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law George Handley of Atlanta, GA; her son John D. Randolph, Jr. (Randy) of Nashville; her grandsons, Jason Handley, Matthew (Pam Handley) and Michael (Erica Handley); her great grandchildren, Zoey, Zach, Ethan and Reese Handley; her niece Kelly Ford; her nephews, Stephen Garrett and Dr. John Milton, Jr.; Joyce Milton.
