He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Weir and Betty Blevins Weir; and his sister Diane Cranfield. He is survived by: his wife Janice Faye Thompson Weir; his children, Tonya Howard (Chris), Rebecca Weir and Adonis Addams Weir; his grandchildren, Torin Howard, Logan Howard, Eli Howard and Nia Howard; his niece Brooke Pannell (Aaron); and his nephew Brent Cranfield (Emily). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
