It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Coulter Sr. (Athens, Tennessee), born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Frank's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Frank has bequeathed us. He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Billy Coulter; his wife Jewelene Rebecca Graves Coulter; and his siblings, Freddie Coulter and Ann Coulter. He is survived by: his mother Jo Quarles Coulter of Bryant, AL; his children, Eddie Coulter, Jr. of Cave Springs, GA, Billy Ray Coulter (Twila) of Calhoun, GA and Sandy Vincent; his grandsons, Cory Huggins (Brittany) and Cody Huggins; and his great grandchildren, Harlee Huggins, Mila Huggins, Cobie Huggins and Carson Huggins.
