He was predeceased by : his sister Kimberly Ratledge. He is survived by : his stepmother Carole Belk of Athens; his mother Carolyn Thompson of Chattanooga, Tenn.; his sisters, Kendra Murphy of Loudon and Karen Dreitzler of San Antonio; and his uncles, Rick Belk of Athens and Allen Belk of Athens.
