She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Gladys (Jones) and Tommie Taylor Green; her sons, Terry Eugene, Tommy Ray and Steven Eugene Fugate; her grandson Tommy David Fugate; her husband Erby Eugene "Gene" Fugate; her sisters, Lora Mae Lunsford and Mildred Ellen Hammonds; and her nephews, Ronnie LaBron and Johnny Franklin McKee.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Taylor Fugate (Rebecca), Rhonda Pilkey and Amanda Hooper; and her great grandchildren, James, Charles, Lacy, Jalen, Chancen, Skylar Crutchfield and Austin Guffey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
