He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Frosty" Stephens and Ella Stiles Stephens; his stepdaughter Susan Stockton; and his former wife Inez Webb Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Madonna Reed Stephens; his daughters, Patsy Finger (Rick) and Tracey Hennessee (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Gregg Finger, John Spencer Hennessee, Kara Finger (Benjamin Kaiser) and Natalie Hennessee; his great grandchildren, Braxton Finger, Maddox Finger, Asher Kaiser and Amiyah Miller; and his siblings, Sam Stephens (Janet) and Margaret Taylor (Frank).
