He is survived by: his children, Ann Fisher (Bill) of Charleston, Brenda Crisp (Johnny) of Athens, William Neeley (Lisa) of Athens and Ricky Neeley (Terry) of Riceville; and his brother Clyde Neeley of Madisonville. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
