He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Price McMillan; his parents, Hershell Paul Sr. and Ruby Gladys McMillan; his brother Jimmy H. McMillan; and his adoptive father F. "Red" Duckworth.
He is survived by: his children, Chris, Kathy and Wendy; his wife Sandy Yielding McMillan; his grandchildren, Chuck, Sarah Brown, Ashley, Jonathan Kirkland, Zach Woodall, Rachel, Aidan Teresi, Andrew, Alec, Austin, KayLeigh McMillan, Alicia Long (Mark Drake) and Sydney Long; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Harper, Haven and Daniel.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Woodward Avenue Church of God (507 Woodward Ave, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery South Hill.
