He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Oley Russell and Kathryn Russell; and his brother Mark Russell. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle McNew (Nicole); his siblings, Lisa Wattenbarger (Bruce) and Jerry Russell (Stacy); his aunts, Linda Edmondson and Denise Roberts; and his close friend Lisa Jones. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew, a great-niece.
