She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Cook and Helen Cook; her husband Allen Galyon; and her siblings, Marilyn West, Ricky and Danny Cook.
She is survived by: her son Chris Cochran; her grandson Hunter Cochran; her brothers, Larry Cook (Vickie) and Dale Cook (Lilah); and her close friend Mark Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.
