He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Albert Jerome, Sr. and Edna Magdalene Walker Hacker; his sister Patricia Hacker; and his grandson Jeremiah Hacker. He is survived by: his wife Susan McNabb Hacker; his son Jay III; his daughter-in-law Heather Hacker; his siblings, Dennis Hacker, David, Lois Hacker, Roger Hacker, Tony, Paula Hacker and Joe Hacker; his grandson Elijah Hacker; and his great grandchild Hayzen Hacker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Woodward Church of God building fund.
