He is survived by: his wife Mildred Carmichael Spurlin Prince; his daughters, Kerri (Jason), Sarah (Scott) and Jennifer (Tim); his grandchildren, Jackson Barnes, Isaac DeBusk, Grace DeBusk, Blythe Ledford (Ty) and Deryk Bandy (Kim); and his caregivers, Susan Hayes and Caleb Kirkland.
