He is survived by: his daughter Tierney Joines Kilby (His Baby) of Athens, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Knoxford Kilby and Barrett Kilby; the mother of his child Margaret CagleJoines; his brothers-in-law, Bill Cagle and Joe Cagle; and his aunt Dee Charles.
