He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Trew and Pearl Trew; and his brothers, Donald, Bill and David Trew of Athens.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Watson Trew; his daughters, Angela (Cory Wilson), Meredith (Robert Johnson) and Crystal Branham; and his grandchildren, Sean Trew, Kayla Trew, Sierra Sneed, Kelsey Reasons, Logan Johnson and Jacob Wilson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
