She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mack and Grace Lee Morgan Miller; her son Richard Lynn Cook; her grandsons, Stephen Nathaniel Cates and Davey Alan Williams; and her brothers, Charles "Buddy" Miller, Jimmy Miller, Claude Miller, Paul Miller and Donnie Miller.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Cook; her daughters, Susan Lopez (Eduardo) and Christina Willeby (Curtis); her grandchildren, Josh May (Cari), Michael May, Olivia Stewart (Justin), James Robert Cates (Meghan), Taylor Williams (Angela) and Kaleb Nathaniel Willeby; her sister Nancy Osborne; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Frerichs, Aurora Stewart, Xander Cates, Ryder Cates, Genna Williams and Bryson Cates. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
