She is survived by: her children, Debbie Self Bohannon Baker (Tenn) of Athens and David Ray Self (Tammy) of Nashville; her daughter-in-law Tenn; her grandchildren, Kimberly Hazelwood (Steve), Angela Bohannon (Heath Nunley), Brian Self (Angela), Paige Kloby (J. T.) and Kelly Bello (Emmanuel); and her great great grandchildren, Brooklyn Cotter, Grayson Fitch and Hunter Fitch. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
