She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Williams and Benwah Williams; her brother Sonny Williams (James Edwin Upton, Sr.); and her son James Edwin Upton, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Joe Williams (Karen) and Ann Murphy; her children, Steve Upton (Julie) of Ocala, FL, Judy Meeks (Jay) of Midville, GA and Brian Upton of Crystal River, FL; and her daughter-in-law April Upton Mason. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to Hospice, St. Jude, or Wounded Warriors, which were some of the organizations that Nana often gave contributions.
