He was predeceased by : his wife Merna Swayne Jaquish; his father Charles (Merna Swayne Jaquish); his parents-in-law, Allen (Jaquish) and Swayne; his siblings-in-law, Bill (Jaquish) and Williams; and also Jaquish Engebretsen.
He is survived by : his son Michael Allen Jaquish (Sara); his grandchildren, Amber Bradner (Zach), Darrell Franklin, Holly Piro (Luke), Amy Mockridge (Larry), Kristen Williams (Ashley), Michael Engebretsen (Michelle), Samuel Engebretsen (Linda) and Charles Engebretsen; his great great grandchild Patrick; and his brother-in-law Swayne (Shirley). He is also survived by several cousins. nieces and nephews.
