She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Boyd; her parents, Pete Womac and Neil Womac; and her granddaughter Samantha Boyd. She is survived by: her sons, Steve Boyd (Sheila), Jimmy Boyd (Michelle) and Tracy Boyd (Cathy); her grandchildren, Amber Bohannon (Jeffery), Ashley Boyd and Gabe Boyd (Ruby); her great grandchildren, Zander and Paris Boyd; and her siblings, P. J. Womac and Betty King.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ziegler Funeral Home (521 W Madison Ave, Athens, TN 37303-3490). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (1212 Co Rd 100, Riceville, TN 37371).
