He is survived by: his wife Ann Russell Tilley of Athens; his daughter Paula Tilley Travis of Niota, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Ansley Travis and Jack Travis; and his great grandchild Julian Travis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
