She was predeceased by : her husband Charles William (Bill). She is survived by : her son William Judston Hammonds (Dutch); her grandson Richard Jett Hammonds; her daughter-in-law Tammy Faye Hammonds; her brothers-in-law, Jim Constant, R. C. Hammonds (Chip) and Morris Hammonds; her son Chuck; and her grandchildren, Amber Kerr, Dustin Kerr, Charlie Hammonds, Hannah Hammonds, Shelby Hammonds, Jacob Hammonds, Savannah Hammonds, Dakota Hammonds and Annebelle Hammonds.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (393 Co Rd 616, Athens, TN 37303).
