She was predeceased by : her parents, Gary Moats and Mary Jo McConkey Moats; and her grandparents, Joe, Kathleen McConkey, Paul and Mary Moats.

She is survived by : her husband Robert "Bobby" Minor; her children, Lindsey McCowan, Tiffany Fairbanks (Jeremy) and Matthew McConkey; her sisters, Leah Michelle Samson, Patty (Paul Jackson), Shauna (Ryan Henson) and Cathy Curry (John); and her close friend Anita Thomas. She is also survived by several stepchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
