McInish (Keith); his granddaughter Kaitlin Faust; his half-brothers, Hal Kemph (Sherry) and Phillip Kemph; his siblings-in-law, Ron Harvey (Sonya), Dan Harvey (Gail), Caroline Bogue (Mike), David Harvey (Kathy) and John Harvey (Alana); and his brother Carey Hicks.
