He is survived by: his wife Frankie Wright Pierce; his daughters, Michelle Pierce Chewning (Tim) and Penny Pierce Kilpatrick (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ben Kilpatrick, Lindsay Kilpatrick, Asher Chewning and Maylee Chewning; and his sister Betty Hendrickson.
