He is survived by: his sister Sally Ann Brueggemann (Stieb) of St. Louis, MO.; his children, Michael Stieb (Theresa), Anne Thompson (Reid) and Susan Kirksey (Tracy); his grandchildren, Nicholas Thompson, Hannah Thompson, Tara O'Leary-Stieb, Aisling O'Leary-Stieb, Sean O'Leary-Stieb, and Alyssa Kirksey.
