It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jane Pointer of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Jane Pointer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her husband Robert; her parents, Eula Waters and Harley Waters; her sister Carol; her brother-in-law Ted Rogers; her sister Nancy White; her siblings-in-law, Nancy and Larry Brandham; and her parents-in-law, Mary Ada and James Pointer.
She is survived by : her children, Robert Pointer, Jr. (Patsy) of Knoxville and Suzan Stewart (Michael) of Etowah; and her grandchildren, Spencer Sullivan, Jacob Pointer, Noah Pointer, Stephen Stewart and Callie Stewart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
