He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clifford "Shorty" and Lena Ellison Thompson Cline; his wife Rosalyn Rita Cline; his son Robert Cline; and his brother Charles Paul Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Cline of Tellico, William "Billy" Cline, Jr. of Athens, Diane Lumpkin (James) of Dawsonville, Phyllis Chumber of Dahlonega and Ga Selena; and his sister Shirley Wallace (Richard) of Niota, Tenn.. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, 18 Great Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
