He is survived by: his wife Linda Dilbeck of Athens; his daughter Cynthia Dilbeck; his son-in-law William Owens; and his brothers, David and Trendal Dilbeck of Cleveland.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
