She is survived by : her children, Melodie Hamm (Richard), Joey Polinski (Crystal), Willie Polinski (Della) and Tommy Polinski (Stephanie); her brother William Richard Urlaub (Penny); her sister-in-law Diane O'Guin; and also Jane Brazel. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
