She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clyde Fillhart and Ruth Denelda Stykemain Fillhart; her husband Philip Crandall Chamberlain; her siblings, Patricia Martin (Dave) and Wilbur C. (Jack-Fillhart); and her great grandchild Garrett Ivan Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Chamberlain Morgan (Mike); her sister Clara Zimmerman (Sheridan); her son Philip C. Chamberlain II (Trina); her grandchildren, Philip C. Chamberlain III (Jessica), William Ivan Chamberlain, Abigail Hall (Clint) and Justin P. Jaynes (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Allie-Kate Hall, Philip C. Chamberlain IV, Emma Chamberlain, Jake Hall, Caleb Chamberlain, Nash Chamberlain, Jett Chamberlain, Bailey Rae Jaynes, Luke Jaynes and Haven Jaynes. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
