She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas W. Johnson; her son Eric Melendy; her parents, John P. McGinnis and Eva McGinnis; and her sisters, Susan McGinnis, Mary McGinnis and Virginia Dominguez.
She is survived by: her daughter Gerri Rick (Jeff); her grandchildren, Anthony Rick (Brooke) and Tasha Louison Caleb (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Silas, Ezra, Ruby, Ava, Isabella, Sophia, Barrett and Easton; and her siblings, John E. McGinnis and Helen Ozuna.
