He is survived by : his wife Karen Bankston; his children, Robert Bankston, Kirsten Homeyer and Justin Bankston; his grandchildren, Catherine Castilo, Sarah Waddell, Vaughn Waddell, Shelby Bankston, Carter Bankston, Mya Bankston and Macy Bankston; his great grandchild Camden Castilo; and his brother Edsell Bankston.
