He is survived by: his wife Joan Cooper Biggs; his siblings, Gary Biggs of Corinth, Linda Stricken (Tommy) of Arkansas, Catherine Norman (Joe) of Tupelo and Martha Biggs of Iuka; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Lee (Jeff), Heather Burton (John), Chad Norman (Julia), Jeremy Biggs Tyler Biggs (Jill), Matthew Biggs, Mary Ashley Biggs and Charlie Beth Biggs. He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
