She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Justin Sr. and Claire Helen Hanning O'Hara; her brothers, Earl Justin O'Hara, Jr. and Michael Patrick O'Hara; and her daughter Michelle Diane Woolley.

She is survived by: her significant other William Lee Woolley; her children, William Lee Woolley (Jo) of West Columbia, Deacon David Earl Woolley of Cordova, Sharon Elaine Heath of St. Louis, Donna Marie Woolley of Lakeland and Christopher Michael Woolley of Southaven, Mississippi; her grandchildren, William Lee Woolley, III, Timothy Michael Woolley, Michele Lynn Parnell, Michael Anthony Woolley, Brandon Michael Woolley and Brooke Nicole Woolley; and her sister-in-law Lou O'Hara. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
