He was predeceased by: his parents, Hewlett Lewers and Dorothy Lewers; and his daughter Rhonda McFarland. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Gunn; and his children, Tracy Scott (Chris) and Sam Lewers (Therica). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Memphis Funeral Home (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
