He is survived by: his wife Carole Diane Warbritton; his children, Lisa Whitaker and David Michael Warbritton; his grandchildren, Michael David, Ashley, Nicholas, Brandon and Blane; and his great grandchildren, Vincent, Anna, Jasmine, Raini and Ryder.
