It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Fairley Sexton of Bartlett, Tennessee, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Daymon Sexton Sr.; his grandparents, Mahlon, Beth McFatridge, Bessy Suggs and Pete Sexton; and his uncle Mickey McFatridge.

He is survived by: his mother Lillian Alice McFatridge Sexton; his son John Rodgers Sexton; his grandson Lane Wilson; his brother James D. Sexton Jr. (Cathie); his nephew Justin Sexton; his great-nephews, Jordan Sexton and Aiden Sexton; his aunts, Mary Spencer and Carolyn McFatridge; his uncle Charlie Spencer; and his friend Margaret Cox.
