She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Warf Sr. and Shirley Warf. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Chapman; her son Clark Chapman (Judy); her grandchildren, Kyle Chapman (Sara) and Makenzie Chapman Sexton (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Westin and Brinley Chapman; her siblings, Patricia Plunk (Kenneth) and Paul Warf Jr. (Bonnie); and her sister-in-law Wanda Chapman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
