He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duggin and Dorothy Duggin (Pinkerton); his parents-in-law, David Moser and Dorothy Bigham (Moser); his brothers, Ken Duggin and Don Duggin; and his niece Mandi Duggin.
He is survived by: his wife Melony Duggin (Moser); his daughters, Ashley Beigle (David) and Casey Porter (Derrick); his grandchildren, Abigail Beigle, Hannah Beigle, Jason Porter, Bethany Beigle, Adalynn Porter, Casey and Derrick; and his brothers, Mark Duggin (Melinda) and Richard Duggin (Gail). He is also survived by in laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of him to Faith Baptist's Missions Fund, Bartlett Fire Department, or Bartlett Police Department as Andy deeply supported each of these organizations.
