She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Cates and Evelyn Cates; and her sisters, Shirley and Dorothy. She is survived by: her sister Bonnie Gay; her husband Carl; her children, Scott Moore (Carol) and Laura Brown (Steve); and her grandchildren, Carly, Corban Knight, Jessica and Jenny Moore. She is also survived by friends and coworkers she loved.
The family asks that any memorials in lieu of flowers be sent to The Bartlett Police Charitable Foundation.
