It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Renee Martindale of Bartlett, Tennessee, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Carrol Martindale, Sr.; and her sister Susan Martindale. She is survived by: her mother Minnie Martindale; her husband David Bowen; her children, Amy Wade (Andrew) and Brian Bowen (Crystal); her granddaughter Amelia; her brother Carroll Martindale, Jr.; and her pet Goldie.
