He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ward (Munday); his daughters, Amanda and Maria Mitchell; his grandchildren, Sephira, Jahari, Kaleena and Helena; his mother Anne C. Ward (Castleberry) of Bartlett; and his siblings, Steve Ward of Oakland and Paula Hedgepeth (Jeff) of Germantown.
