He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Carter and Billie Faye Carter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carter; his grandchildren, Spencer Norwood, Christian Walls, Abigail Deniston (Ethan), Walker Walls, Allyson Carter, Jayden Carter, Lily Walls and Jackson Carter; and his great grandchild Miller Ann Norwood.
