She is survived by: her sons, George Holmes (Lisa) and Wes Holmes (Susan); and her grandchildren, Nick Holmes (Jodie), Chase Holmes (Paige), Chad Holmes (Katelin), Valerie Ewing (Richard), Patrick Ray (Amiee) and Makenzie McFarland.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

The family requests any donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Sandra Holmes.
