He is survived by: his wife Margaret Russell Cooper (Marge) of Bartlett, TN; his children, William Jeffrey Cooper (Susan) of Cordova, TN, Julie Cooper Mitchell (Wayne) of Selmer, TN and Jennifer Cooper Gummere (Kelly) of Memphis, TN; and his grandchildren, Dr. Lincoln Mitchell (US Army) of Tacoma, WA, Dr. Olivia Mitchell Parker (Cory) of Savannah, TN, Molly Mitchell of Selmer, TN, Morgan Stallings of Cordova, TN and Chloe Stallings of Ventura, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oliver Creek Church of Christ (8313 US-70, Arlington, TN 38002). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
