He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Lee Bidwell (Mike) and Andy Millar (Suttina); his stepdaughters, Patrice Gribbon and Penny Harris; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Samuel, Drew and Alex. He is also survived by partners; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Baptist Reynolds Hospice House, Collierville, TN in memory of Bill Millar.
